Non-custodial · Built on Base
Save. Hold.Grow.
Create goals. Lock assets from yourself. Withdraw when the lock period is over.
How it works
Set a goal. Sign it. Let it hold.
- 01
Connect your wallet
Use your own wallet on Base. Holdstead never takes your assets.
- 02
Choose a goal
Set a savings goal, an unlock date, or a target price for ETH or cbBTC.
- 03
Confirm in your wallet
You approve every transaction. Nothing moves without your signature.
- 04
Withdraw when eligible
When the lock rule permits, you sign a withdrawal and assets return directly to your wallet.

Save
Goal vaults with USDC on Base
- Create a savings goal using USDC on Base.
- Date-lock USDC until a chosen unlock date.
- Add more USDC to an existing goal without changing its goal.
- Withdraw to your own wallet once the unlock date passes.
Hold mode
Long-term vaults for ETH and cbBTC
Hold mode is for assets you do not want to touch. Lock by date, or by a target price read from Chainlink price feeds with a backup unlock date.

Why Holdstead
Discipline without handing over control
Holdstead is not a bank, exchange, custodial wallet, swap, bridge, or lending product. It is software for setting goals on your own assets.
You control the wallet
Holdstead never holds your funds. Your assets stay in your own wallet or in a contract you created.
Immutable lock rules
Goal names and metadata can change, but a vault's withdrawal rule cannot be edited — not by you, not by Holdstead.
No admin withdrawals
The contracts have no backdoor. Holdstead cannot move, unlock, or recover your assets.
Risk and transparency
What you should understand first
Non-custodial
Holdstead never holds your funds. Assets sit in smart contracts on Base that only your wallet can withdraw from.
Unaudited contracts
The Holdstead contracts have not been audited by a third-party security firm. Review them yourself before locking assets.
Smart-contract risk
Code can contain bugs. Only lock what you can afford to leave locked.
Locks are final
Holdstead cannot recover, reverse, or unlock a vault early. A vault holds until the date or target-price rule permits withdrawal.
